Terraced house. Early to mid C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble. Slate roof
with gable ends and brick stacks.
1-room plan with entrance to right probably leading to stair hall.
2 storeys regular single-window front with original early C19 12-pane sashes without
horns. Ground floor with sash to left below brick segmental arch and part-glazed C20
door to right with timber lintel.
Interior not inspected.
Included for group value as one of eight cottages in largely unaltered C19 terrace.
