ST 68 SE IRON ACTON HIGH STREET (south side)

2/13 Old Rectory

G.V. II

House. Early C19. Stucco, slate, hipped roofs. 2 storeys, 5 windows all
sashes except a C20 window of 12 fixed panes left,central square porch with
plain frieze, parapet, flat roof; quoins to ground floor, string course,
bracketted overhanging eaves, part glazed tent canopy to side and rear where
there are only 3 bays, centre breaks forward under bracketted eaves which are
surmounted by a low pediment under a hip, windows are sashes and tri-partite
sashes.
