1896-97. A terrace of 4 houses in a generally Tudor style and similar to
Nos 87 to 97 (odd) Northfield Road B17 (qv). No 105, on the corner, is a
shop. The panels between the attic windows dated, on the left 1(8)96 and,
on the right, 1897. The right-hand return on Tibbets Lane of red brick and
with the door and sash windows all with segmental heads and keystones. No 103
with original door.
