House (under renovation at the time of re-survey).Early C19. Red brick,
rendered plinth and slate roof. 3 storeys. 2 bays. Door at left-side
with reeded surround and architrave with corner roundels. Flat hood on
small cast-iron brackets above door. Sash windows thromghout with flat
rubbed brick arches. Second floor windows beneath box cornice. Unusual
in that nearly all early C19 interior features survive.
