Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate pitched roof to eaves.
Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays, 2 storeys, attic and basement. Left bay slightly
advanced with large gable and inset painted lancet window. Square sided bay
window to ground floor. Right bay with projecting gabled porch; 4-centred
archway, panelled door. Smaller gable to roofline with trefoil window inset.
3-light windows to left. 2-light windows to right. One of four matching houses
with Nos 104, 105 and 107, and part of Clifton Hill planned layout.
