House. Early to mid-C18 with later additions and alterations. Roughcast slate-
stone and cob (to right wall); slate roof. 2-room plan. 2 storeys. 2 small
C20 casements in C19 style on first floor and to ground-floor right. C20 half-
glazed door to left with blocked doorway immediately to right, both under C20
open lean-to. Integral end stacks, right with rubblestone base, slate drips
and red brick top, left with brick shaft. 2-storey catslide outshut to rear
has 2 prominent C20 raking dormers.
Interior: Chamfered joists to right ground-floor room which has open fireplace
with wood lintel and cloam oven. Collar truss roof in 4 bays. Lower C20 extension
to left is not of special architectural interest.
