Pair of houses. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2 storeys and
basement. Each house 3 windows wide. Projecting pilastered entrances to outer
bays. Square headed architraved plate glass sash windows, corniced to ground
floor. Cast iron ground floor balconies. Cast iron balustrade to entrance
steps. Part of unusually complete surviving layout.
