House, formerly mill house. Dated 1618 extended in C19. Built
of Isle of Wight stone rubble with slate roof and end brick
chimneystacks. Original part of 2 storeys 3 windows. To the
west is a gabled projection with kneelers and blocked attic
window with the date 1618 and the initials N.N. C17 4 centred
arched doorcase containing early C19 6 flush panelled door.
C19 extension to west of 2 storeys 3 windows, also in stone
rubble with slate roof. Attached to the north west is a C17
outbuilding of 2 storeys stone rubble with roof covered with
corrugated iron sheeting. One 3-light mullioned window with
quarries. Attached by a wall to the north east is an early C19
outbuilding of stone rubble with slate roof and brick
chimneystack. 2 storeys. 1st floor has casement window and
planked loading door. Ground floor has triple casement with
cambered head lining.
