House. Possibly C18 partly remodelled in late C20. Rendered stone rubble with
asbestos slatehanging above ground floor on front and rag Delabole slatehanging to
canted end on right. Rag slate roof with gable end, continued with canted end over
alley on right. Small rear lateral brick chimney stack.
2 room and cross passage plan, built into a steeply sloping bank.
2 storeys regular 2-window front. Ground floor with C19 horned 12-pane sash on left
with partly glazed C20 stable type door near centre and C20 window to right. First
floor with C19 horned 12-pane sashes. Rear elevation to Church Hill with only upper
part of first floor and roof visible. Alley way on left below canted roof, providing
access to front of property and to those adjoining.
Interior largely remodelled.
