Town house, now shops. Early C19, altered. Brown brick in
Flemish bond (stuccoed at ground floor), slate roof.
Double-depth double-fronted plan. Three storeys over cellars,
5 windows, symmetrical; central round-headed doorway with
Tuscan architrave of engaged columns with cornice and blocking
course; altered windows at ground floor; segmental-headed
windows to both upper floors, all with altered glazing. Rear
and interior not inspected. Forms group with No.10, and Nos 12
and 14 to left (q.v.) .
