House. C17, much altered and rebuilt mid C18, and extended C19. Timber frame with brick infill to rear, obscured by C20 extensions except to rear of left bay. South front is of brick: two bays to left of chequered brick with black headers and first floor band course; two small bays to right of chequer brick with pale headers. Left gable is pebble-dashed with brick coping. Thatched roof, three brick chimneys. 1½ storeys, four bays. Left bay has two-light barred wooden casement in thatch and blocked window with gauged brick head below, Other bays have C19 wooden casements, with single horizontal glazing bars, three-light to ground floor of centre bays and in thatch, two-light to ground floor right. Ground floor windows in right bays have cambered heads. Small C20 extension to right. Entry in C20 extensions to rear.

HISTORICAL NOTE: the brickwork to the southern elevation described in the entry was covered in render in the 1980s after the building was added to the List
