Circa 1840-50 bow fronted elevation of 3-storeys and half basement, painted
sandstone dressed "brick". Grooved piers articulate half basement with plat
band over as sill band to ground floor windows. Sill bands to upper floors
and modillion bracket cornice with blocking course. Seven windows, plain
revealed sashes, no glazing bars. Two doorways in architrave surrounds with
cornices over.
