House. Mid C18 with early C19 alterations. Brick with flint.
Roof of black glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and attic in 3 bays.
Central panelled door with a 5-vaned fanlight with glazed
spandrels. Timber panelled doorcase with a reeded frieze and a
flat hood. Fenestration of sashes with metal glazing bars and
gauged skewback arches. Gabled roof with internal gable-end
stacks. Gable ends with much flintwork. Rear with evidence of
blocked windows, one ground-floor sash and a glazed door.
3 casements to first floor. 2 flat-topped dormers in roof.
INTERIOR. Entrance passage in form of groin-vaulted narthex
formerly led to staircase. Staircase re-located to south end:
stick balusters, ramped and wreathed handrail.
