Offices, possibly originally service buildings associated with
Hamilton Square. c1860-70. Ashlar-faced, rusticated to ground
floor. Later C20 Welsh slate mansard roof. 2 storeys, 5-window
range. Lower windows renewed, but original round-arched
openings above. The building was in use as the studio of the
Della Robbia pottery of Harold Rathbone from its establishment
in 1894 until 1906. Included for group value and historic
interest.
