Pair of semi-detached houses. Circa 1840. Stucco. Roof not visible. 2 storeys
and basement. Each house 2 windows wide, plus recessed outer 2-storey bays (that
to No 10 extended forward flush to facade). Entrances to projecting second bays
in advanced Doric porches, panelled doors. Paired full height pilasters between
houses and framing windows above entrances. Square-headed windows, architraved
and corniced to ground floor. Tripartite. Sash windows to centre bays of pair.
Plate glass and some margin glazing. Cornice above first floor. Both modified
to accommodate garages. Part of unusually complete sequence of such houses.
