II*

Early C17. Two storeys and cellars. Five windows. Ashlar. Stringcourse.
Cornice and parapet. Steeply-pitched tiled roof. There is a central gabled
projection containing the porch with a room over. Casement windows with wooden
mullions, those on the ground floor having 2 tiers of 2-lights. At each end
is an ashlar chimney breast with 2 diagonally set brick stacks. Tile-hung gabled

neighbouring parish of Ashburnham and Deer Park Cottage, Ashburnham Place, in
the Parish of Catsfield and is clearly by the same architect or builder.
