Summerhouse. Mid C18, restored mid 1950s. Built by John Scott
in the ten acre garden behind Amwell House. Single storey,
timber-framed over brick plinth. Colourwashed pebbledash
panels, cover pieces to corners, moulded wood cornice. Central
door, originally with flat hood on cut brackets. Small
circular window either side of door. Hipped pyramidal old
tiled roof with half-round ridge tiles over hips, and wooden
finial.
