C15 timber-framed and plastered hall house with cross wings at the north
and south ends. Altered in the C16 and C17 when a floor was inserted in
the hall block and fireplaces inserted. The exterior has C18 features.
The wings are 2 storeyed and the centre block is one storey and attics.
One:one:one window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A modern
gabled porch projects on the front. Roof tiled, with a central and end
chimney stacks and one gabled dormer on the front of the centre block.
The interior has an original cambered beam with a crown post and there is
a C16 panelled room, moulded ceiling beams and joists and C16-C17 fireplaces.
