Circa 1850. Tall Italianate house. Three storeys stucco faced. Narrow
front to Lind Street, entrance to side. Low pitch hipped slate roof.
Heavy modillion and dentil cornice, ground floor cornice. High plinth.
Rusticated strips flanking ground floor. Second floor tripartite
window with round headed lights. Superimposed stucco bays to ground
and first floors. Three windows each, recessed, sash, later glazing
bars, ground floor ones round headed with rusticated pilaster. Ground
floor frieze and cornice are carried round on to East front which has five
windows, the three Southern most on ground floor being round headed with
moulded arches and Keystones reaching up to dentil of cornice. Round
headed entrance recessed modern door with steps up.

Nos 5 to 22 (consec) form a group.
