- II
The original parish church of Milland. Later the parish Sunday School and marked
on the map as such. Now disused and neglected. Originally a chancel with north
transept and north porch and nave with south porch. Chancel and nave C16, transept
and porches C19. Faced with roughcast. There were originally galleries, approached
by outside steps, of which the south steps survive, but the galleries no longer
exist. Inside are a piscina, a C18 pulpit and the remains of some C18 box-pews
which have been vandalised and broken up. (The present parish church was built
in 1878).
