Detached villa circa 1830/40. Two storeys and basement. Faced with
stone coursed in imitation of bricks. Stucco pilasters flanking
front. Low pitch hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves, tiled
ridges. Stucco frieze and stringcourse. three windows, recessed,
sash, glazing bars intact above ground floor, moulded stucco
Surrounds, block sills. Anthemion balconies to first floor outer
windows. Central Doric porch, free standing columns and pilasters to
wall.
