Detached House, formerly 3 cottages. Mid C18, with C19 refenestration, and
C20 restoration. Knapped flint walls with brick dressings. Rendered and
colourwashed upper storey. Thatch roof, with gable ends. Brick stacks at
each gable. 2 storeys. 4 windows, 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars,
wooden cills, C19 upper floor, C20 renewals to ground floor. 4 segmental
brick arches to ground floor windows, no.2 a blocking and insertion immediately
right of front door. Front door, right of centre, with 4 recess panels and
2 top lights, C20. Attached cottage at right hand, now part of Cowleaze, 1½
storeys, 2 windows, mixture of C20 casements with glazing-bars.

Interior: mid-chamfered ceiling-beam with stepped stops, Much altered
inside.
