the description shall be amended to read:

House. Late C18/early C19. Rendered brick; gabled slate roof; rendered end stack.
Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original 6-panelled door with
decorative fanlight set in semi-circular arched architrave to left. Flat rendered
arches over 6/6 and 8/8- pane sashes; semi-circular arched stair-light sash with
radiating glazing bars to centre of first floor. Rear elevation has ground-floor
mid C20 outshut to front of C19 French windows, first-floor 16-pane sashes and
second-floor mid C20 casements. Interior: rear right room has early C19 reeded
cornice and skirting, reeded architraves with paterae to panelled door and rear
French windows, and plain wooden fireplace. Panelled shutters set in moulded wood
architraves. Early C19 dog-leg staircase with winders, stick balusters and moulded
newels.

cased sashes with glazing bars (1 window round-headed ). Door with 6 fielded
panels and fanlight.

Nos 13, 15, 19 and 31 (south side) form a group with Rax, Garden wall to Rax, The Grove,
Garden wall to the Grove, No 32 and its outhouses, Gatehouse of No 32 and its wall,
Outhouses to the south of Wykes Court Garden (all on north side), and with Nos 17 and
19 Downes Street, and Wykes Court, Conservative Club, and Stables south of the
Conservative Club, North Street.
