6 Table-Tombs; all stone with moulded cornices, unless otherwise
desribed. 1) To Richard Gollop and (another) Gollop, died
3rd Nov 1732. Ogee base. 2) To Elizabeth and Daniel Case died
1769, 1779. Fielded-panel pilaster panels in tiers. 3) To "Thomas
Gollop de Strode Armr et Martha Uxor Eius", c.1700, actual date
illegible. 4) "In memory of John Purchase of Swier" died 1781, aged
65. Edith, his wife, died 1790, aged 82, and others. Fielded-panel
pilaster corners in tiers and hipped stone top. 5) "Underneath are
deposited the remains of John Fathers, Gent. died July 2nd 1810,
aged 53 years. Also of Mary his beloved wife, died Sept 2nd 1837,
aged 68 years. Fielded-panel pilaster corners. 6) "Sacred to the
memory of William Coles died 1852, aged 56". Also to Susann (his
wife). Fielded panel centre and fluted pilaster corners, with hipped
stone canopy.
