of Dormer Cottage

Barn c.C17. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Sleeper buttress towards north
east corner. Thatch roof with gable ends. Barn doors, wooden, at centre
of north wall and south walls, with wooden lintel over. Interior: 3 tie-
beams project through the outside walls and are fastened with vertical slip-
tenons and secured with a wooden plate between the tenon and wall-surface.
Roof with pegged collars and through purlins.
