House. Dated 1678 on iron ties in the main gables. E-shape plan with
symmetrical wings. Red brick with brick bands at first and second floor level;
plaintile roof. 2-storeys and attic. 5 window range, original mullion and
transom leaded casements, segmental arches. Central narrow porch, full height,
with doorway now blocked and replaced by a window. Above are 2 semi-circular
niches with a blank panel between; a smaller niche at the top of the gable
contains a figure of St Agnes. Coved eaves cornice, Dutch style gables with
semi-circular pediments, brick copings. Interior modernised in 1930's when the
original staircase was rebuilt.
