Farmhouse, c.1700 with additions and alterations c.1850. Painted brick and
render with a slate roof and 3 brick gable stacks, plus raised and coped
gables with kneelers. Brick plinth. L-plan. 2-storey plus attics. Main
front. 3 bays with central half glazed door, and gabled wooden porch.
Flanked by single square projecting bay windows with margin lights. Above
3 cross-casements, and above again 3 raking dormers with 2 light glazing
bar casements. Interior retains good Cl8 panelled doors with L-hinges.
A mid C19 stick baluster front staircase and smaller rear staircase. Cl9
fireplaces throughout. C18 spine beams on ground and first floors.
