Cottage, dated on a quoin 1647 with initials H.A. in deeply cut letters
with diamond stops. Altered later. Coursed rubble with new tiled roof. 1½ storeys,
3-unit plan, with one bay to left of possible blocked door to street, and 2
others right of it. All windows are casements with chamfered timber lintels,
new dormers. West elevation has doorway flanked by casement windows and 3 old
gabled dormers above.

Single buttress cut by window on street front may be C14.
