Two attached cottages. C18. Coursed Lias stone walls, with large sleeper
buttress at left hand end to eaves (recent). Thatch roof with gable end at left
hand and continuous with roof of The George at right hand. Two C20 brick stacks,
at left hand gable, and at party wall. 2 storeys. 4 windows, 2 light wooden
casements with glazing bars and old glass. 2 front doors, at centre of No 2,
plank with hipped thatch canopy over, carried on wooden posts. No 1 has a C19
wooden door with glass panels over, with similar thatch canopy over. Interior:
No 2 has an open fireplace with wooden lintel and Cl9 brick jambs to it.
