Balustraded retaining wall of lower terrace south west of Château Impney Hotel, including steps

Retaining wall, balustrade and steps. 1869-1875. By Auguste Tronquois. Brick and ashlar. Rectangular plan, about 75 metres by 50 metres, with circular projections to west and east corners, flights of steps at north west and south east sides, leading from upper part to lower part of this terrace. Retaining walls capped by balustrade, rusticated ashlar pilasters at intervals along walls.
