Farmhouse. Possibly C15 or C16 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions.
Timber-frame finished in render and sandstone rubble with concrete tile
roof and brick stack. Two bays aligned east/west. Two storeys. North
elevation has two windows, 2-light steel mid-C20 casement to left and
another steel casement of three lights to right. Ground floor has two
early C20 casements and ledged door under canopy to right-hand side.
Rubble C19 lean-to to right-hand end. Interior has three pairs of cruck
blades visible in upper floor. Wall-frame said to survive on one side.
The other side wall said to be sandstone rubble.
