Shop. Possibly C17 with C14 remains and alterations of c1900. Rendered timber-framing and limestone rubble with stone slate roof. One storey with attic. Gabled cross-wing at left. On the ground floor is a continuous shop front of c1900, with three plate-glass windows and two doorways. The cross-wing has a timber sashed oriel window on the first floor, with glazing bars to the upper sashes. The main part of the building has an attic dormer. Right-hand gable wall, of exposed rubble, coped with chimney. At the rear is a parallel range which has a mullioned attic dormer facing north. The left-hand (west) wall of the cross-wing is rendered on the first floor and has a small timber window of two pointed trefoiled lights: this is probably C14.
