5-9-60 and attached stone
walls. (formerly listed as
Magnolia Cottage)

Detached Farmhouse. Early C19. Rubble-stone Walls with brick
dressings. Thatch roof with stone gable-copings and level kneelers.
Brick stacks at each gable. 2 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with
glazing-bars. Symmetrical facade. Front door at centre, panelled
with 2 top lights, and false fanlight over, C19. Lower range at
east end, rubble-stone walls, thatch roof. 2 storeys. 2 windows,
casements below and sashes above. Attached, coursed rubble stone
wall, running for 7 metres at left hand end, and for 15 metres at
right hand end.
