Public House. Late C18. Whitewashed brick,toothed eaves, slate
roof, brick chimneys to left and rear. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays.
Outer bays have 2-storey canted bay windows with moulded cornice
tops. Ground floor windows are barred, first floor windows have
horizontal glazing bars only. Paired casement to first floor centre
over 6-panelled top-lit door in plain wooden surround with minimal
pilasters, and flat cornice hood on cut brackets. Paired leaded
casements to attic gables. Single storey bay attached to left is
of similar materials with barred sash windows in canted bay.
