House. 1880s Atrs and Crafts style. Red brick, old tile roof.
2 storeys. SE entrance front with projecting gable end on E.
Sash windows with segmental, rubbed brick heads. Tile creasing
floorband and other tile creasing courses. Door with wooden,
moulded, segmental hood on large double consoles. Window above
with similar moulded head breaking eaves. Ground floor pair of
4/4 sash windows and 1st floor, triple -hung 4/4 sashes to gable
end. SW elevation has 2 storey window bay with Ground Floor
single sash and 1st floor, central double sash. Tall stair
window to NE elevation which has various sashes. Interior with
coved cornicing and very good dagleg staircase with tapering
angle posts.
