Formerly farmhouse, now derelict. Late C17 with C19 alterations. Slobbered
limestone rubble, millstone grit dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2
bays. Left-hand entrance has plain lintel, plank stable door Ground floor
windows are all blocked and much altered, and include a round headed chamfered
fire window. Ground floor dripmould. Upper floor former 2-light chamfered
mullioned window, now blocked. Right-hand former 3-light chamfered mullioned
window, only left-hand mullion remaining, and left-hand light blocked; no glazing.
Right-hand gable end projecting ridge stack. Right-hand return contains blocked
upper floor chamfered window. Left-hand extension and outshut, possibly early
C19. Interior not accessible.
