Farmhouse now house. Circa early C19 extended later in C19. Slate stone rubble.
Rag slate roof with gable ends. End stack on left and projecting rear lateral stack
to right with brick shafts.
Plan: Earlier range on left probably of single depth 2-room and cross passage plan
heated by end stacks. Later in the C19 a possibly separate cottage was added on the
right with a 1-room plan, heated by a rear lateral stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Long range. Earlier range to left has a symmetrical 2-window
arrangement; central door flanked by two C19 hornless 16-pane sashes with 2 similar
sashes above. The later C19 extension to right has a C20 glazed door with a blocked
window opening to right.
Interior: Not inspected.
