GV II
Cottage. Late C15 and C16 with C19 additions to west and north. Timber
framed with brick nogging, later brick additions, that to west with grey
diapering. Old tile half hipped roof with catslide over later outshut to
north, large C19 ridge stack off-centre to west with 2 angled shafts,
and stack to north. 2 framed bays to west. 2 storeys. South front:
one first floor 3-light C20 casement to left, ground floor 3-light C20
casement to right and 2-light diamond leaded casement to left. Boarded
door to north. End of jetty with bracket exposed to east. Interior:
formerly external jetty to north in eastern bay. Small solid curved
braces to tie beams in eastern bay.
