GV II

Shop with accommodation above. Circa early C19. Probably soft-wood timber frame with
rendered stone rubble base. Slate hung. Scnatle slate roof with gable ends.
Plan: Overall rectangular single depth plan with shop occupying ground floor.
Ground rises to rear left.
Exterior: 3-storeys. Slate hung above ground floor. C20 shop window on ground
floor. Three C20 windows on first and second floor in openings originally for sashes
or 2-light casements.
Interior: Ground floor altered in C20.
Particularly prominent building on south west side of Padstow harbour.
