Shop with accommodation above. Probably early C19, the ground shop is C20. Stone
ruble and soft wood timber slate hung framing. Asbestos slate roof with hipped end.
Plan: Original plan uncertain. Deep plan extending to rear, the ground floor gutted
and the partitions removed.
Exterior: 3-storeys. Regular 2-window front. Ground floor shop front remodelled in
C20 with stone rubble base and large C20 windows. First and second floor with
painted slate hanging. 2 horned 12-pane sashes in original frames on first floor and
two C20 windows above.
Interior: Not inspected.
