9/58 Former orangery and
adjoining classroom block,
west of The Mansion

GV II

Former Orangery now classrooms. C18, stucco with ironstone dressings, slate
roof, parapet. 1-storey with 3-bay 2-storey central pedimented block,
slightly projecting. 5 bay flanking wings. Ground floor arcaded, the
openings now filled with modern steel windows. 3 sashes to first floor.
Classroom blocks 1923 by Clough Williams Ellis. Central block with copper
domed collonaded cupola. Western block a replica of the former Orangery.
