House. Circa 1840s. Stuccoed and rendered stone rubble with raised plaster quoins.
Asbestos slate roof with hipped ends and deep overhanging eaves.
Plan: Double depth plan. 2 reception rooms on south garden front with entrance in
right hand side, directly to rear of right hand room. Stair to rear near centre,
flanked by 2 service rooms. There is an entrance in the rear elevation, adjoining
the stair and there appears to be evidence of an entrance in the centre of the front
elevation which has been blocked.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window south front to garden with 2 glazed
double doors on ground floor and 3 original 12-pane hornless sashes on first. 2
blind windows and central roundel above entrance in right hand side wall and 3-window
elevation to rear with 12-pane sashes.
Interior: Central partition between 2 principal rooms in south removed. Original
stair with stick balusters and mahogany rail.
