No 1 (The Rookery) and No 2

Appears early C19 origin, may be earlier, later features. No 2 is of
two storeys, rough rendered. Welsh slate roof. Two windows, modern casements.
Three irregular windows on the ground floor, modern glass. Modern door.
The Rookery is of two sections, that to the left cemented. Two storeys,
two modern casement windows. Ground floor built forward with two windows
and gabled wood and glass porch, carved bargeboards. Door of four panels,
two glass. Porch attached to low stone wall which continues to No 2.
Right-hand section of two storeys, two windows, no glazing bars, modern
pantiles, cemented. External chimney to right of porch of C19 date, pilastered
doorway with heavy hood on consoles. Door of four fielded and two glazed
panels. Side elevation of three storeys in slope of hill. Small mid
C19 shop front with plain pilasters, window of three lights. Included
as part of a group.

Nos 1 to 7 (consec) and Rookery Neuk form a group.
