House, former rectory. Circa 1840-50 classical re-fronting of older
building. Stucco facade with some stone dressings. Slate roof, flanking
chimneys. 2 storeys. Ground floor is rusticated with chamfered and
vermiculated quoins and window surrounds. First floor moulded string
course. First floor has chamfered quoins, moulded cornice and architrave
surrounds to windows with pediments, triangular in central bay, segmental
inflanking bays, and cills on embellished paired scrolls. 5 bays of sash
windows. Central panelled door, half-glazed with semi-circular fanlight
and keyblock. Central ground floor bay has architrave surround. Original
Doric porch and roof parapet removed. C19 interiors, panelling in front
left-hand room.
