rubble. Slate roof with hipped ends and hipped end to canted front corner. Brick
end stack on right.

shop fronts. Further entrance to right on Lanadwell Street with room beyond.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 1:1:3 window front. Entrance in canted corner flanked
by 2 late C19 shop fronts. C19 door and sash with glazing bars removed to right on
Lanadwell Street. First floor with brick segmental arches to openings; C19 12-pane
sash to left and C19 6-pane sash, 3 pane sash and 12-pane sash to right.
Blind window in canted corner with round arched opening.
