GV II

House. c1860. Yellow brick with stone dressings and slate
roof. Chamfered plinth and eaves, coped gables, 2 gable
stacks. 2 storeys; 3 window range. 2 projecting 2 storey bays
with shaped gables, each with a blank shield. Central round
headed plain sash with hood mould, flanked by single larger
margin light sashes with round cornered moulded surrounds and
bracketed sills. Below, central moulded round headed doorway
flanked by round headed scrapers. Recessed round headed
half-glazed door. On either side, similar sashes to those
above. Left gable has, to right, a single round headed window
on each floor.
