Late C18 or early C19. Colourwashed stone rubble with painted slate hung
front slightly jettied over ground floor. 3 storeys. 2 sash windows
in exposed cases, without glazing bars. Small modern plate glass shop.
Tarred slate roof, one end hipped.

All the listed buildings in Oliver's Quay together with Nos 7 and 9 Cliff
Street form a group.
