Early-mid C19 villa (after 1837). Two storeys. Double-fronted with 3 bays.
Hipped slate roof with rendered stacks. Stucco with fluted Ionic,pilasters
carrying cornice and blocking course. Rusticated ground floor. Architraved sash
windows with glazing bars. French windows to ground floor in arched recesses.
Architraved doorway with panelled double doors. Cast-iron trellis verandah across
part with tented canopy.
