Stone inscribed "H.C. 1860" in east wall. Terrace of three cottages with gable end to road. Local gault brick. Slate roof with ridge stack of red and gault brick bands. Two storeys. Three horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars and open boxing, flush with eaves. Three similar windows and three modern doors at ground floor. Associated with former malt-house.
