Original C17 timber-framed cottage extended to south and east in C19. South extension (No. 9) two storeys local brick, low pitched plain tile roof and tall ridge stack. Two first floor horizontal sliding sash windows, with two similar ground floor windows in segmental arches. Two plank doors and one sealed doorway. Original cottage (No. 7) possibly one of two unit plan with rear outshut. Painted timber frame and plaster. Brick foundations and tall stack. Steeply pitched plain tile roof. Doorway to east, and two storey late C19 gault brick extension.
